Refund policy

1. 10-Day No Questions Asked Return

We offer a 10-day No Questions Asked Return Policy from the date of delivery.

You may request a return within 10 days if:

  • You are not satisfied with the product

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice

LightsLoom reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving a refund.


2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Installed products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear


3. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team within 10 days of delivery

  2. Share clear images/videos of the product (if damaged/defective)

  3. Upon approval, we will provide return instructions

Customers must ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested product is unavailable, customers may choose:

    • A replacement of equal value

    • Store credit

    • A full refund

Shipping charges for exchanges are applicable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered).


5. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the customer’s provided account details.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the standard return process will apply.

As per applicable Indian e-commerce guidelines, customer grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days from the date of receipt.
